Based out of our Training Centre and Rink 4 at Sportsplex Langley, we deliver
a full range of high-performance development, including our comprehensive
skating treadmill, shooting, and on-ice programs.
Our experienced coaches break down the biomechanics of the game, ensuring
every athlete becomes an expert in hockey fundamentals. With year-round
hockey programs to specialized seasonal development, we provide athletes of
all ages with the tools, coaching, and consistency needed to elevate their game.

Skating Treadmill
Master the biomechanics of skating on our famous skating treadmill and follow the program designed to help you skate faster, stronger, smarter.

Shooting
Focus on the mechanics of shooting on our synthetic mini rink in the Complex Training Centre working one on one with Complex Coaches.

Further develop your on ice individual skills with Complex Coaches. Privates, semi-private, and team training available.

Specialized Seasonal Programs
Join us for the Winter 2025 On Ice Shooting 10 week program every Friday at 3:45pm starting January 5th. All ages and drop ins welcome.
